Is Executive Coaching Really Worth the Investment?

I'm super passionate about helping high achievers become the 1% that realize their full potential and maximize their impact.

We aren't meant to do it alone!

Hi, I'm Angie

Wanna know a secret…

You’re protective self (a.k.a. ego) does not want you to be exceptional.

Your protective self wants you to be average.  Average is safe and easy.  The protective self likes safe and easy.

To be exceptional means surpassing your own upper limits that keep your protective self comfortable and it’s nearly impossible to do that on your own.

A good coach will:

  • Help you to identify what is possible as the highest expression of your life, beyond what you might see for yourself
  • Guide you through the (often uncomfortable) process of the inner transformation required to become exceptional
  • Help you to recognize and overcome your own upper limits
  • Hold you accountable to the highest vision of your life no matter how much your fear tries to sabotage you.

Questions to Consider:

When you’re considering whether it’s worth it to invest in a coach, you must ask yourself some questions…and be honest with yourself  (You might want to grab a pen and paper…seriously, just humor me;)

  • First get really clear on where you currently are and where you want to be.
  • More importantly, how do you currently feel and how do you want to feel?
  • Be honest with yourself, what is stopping you from getting there?
  • How likely you are to get there on your own?
  • How will it feel to do it without support?

In my experience, the people who are serious about getting to where they want to go are willing to invest anything to get there.

We are not meant to do life alone.  We are designed to need support along the way.  So the real question is…are you committed to growing or are you committed to staying comfortable?
