Five years ago, I left my corporate career and set out on a journey to learn everything I could about the elite 1% of leaders that truly maximize their human potential and achieve greatness.
I was tired of seeing the best and brightest in my organization struggle with burnout and upper limits while climbing over each other to be visible and claim the top spots.
Intuitively, I knew that true greatness didn’t come from working harder or schmoozing the right people, the best leaders I knew possessed a certain presence and inner confidence that allowed them to move teams to action, leave lasting impact from the biggest stages and rise the ranks in an organization effortlessly.

You can find me supporting social impact projects around the world-- from empowering women with micro-loans in Bangladesh, combatting elephant tourism in Thailand, or mentoring underprivileged children in the U.S.A. My favorite days are spent soaking up sunsets over the rice fields of my favorite place on earth, Bali, Indonesia.
